Gary is a commercially focused procurement and project delivery consultant with more than 15 years of hands-on experience supporting high-value programmes across the public sector. With a background in both operational and strategic roles, he has led procurement and mobilisation for major government IT, estates, and research infrastructure projects — often acting as a trusted advisor to senior teams.
Practical, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven, Gary is known for rolling up his sleeves and driving delivery where it counts. His approach blends policy fluency with commercial pragmatism, enabling clients to navigate complexity while staying outcome-focused. He holds MCIPS and ILM Level 3 certifications.
Paul Towers-France
Paul is a senior commercial and project delivery consultant with around 15 years’ experience across government, health, regulators, and private sector environments. He specialises in complex procurement, contract management, and programme delivery — including national-scale initiatives and multi-country mobilisation. Known for his calm, methodical style and credibility with senior stakeholders, Paul combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. He holds MCIPS, PRINCE2, and CCM Advanced Practitioner certifications.
